JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities:

?Customer servicing for inbound calls.
?To respond and offer prompt and accurate information and resolution on customers\\\\\\\? inquiries, service requests and / or general complaints received
?Complete the necessary documentation accurately to manage customer complaints, issues and solutions

Job Requirements :
?Minimum academic qualification is SPM
?At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
?Those with call Centre / Tele Centre / Customer Service / Banking / Front Desk
will be added advantage.

Salary Range:
RM1,800-RM2,000 + EPF and SOCSO + Shift Allowance

Working Time:
6 days work week (Must be able to work on Saturday and Sunday)
Must be able to work on shift.There are 3 Shift available as our support open and running 24 hours
1) 8.00am-4.00pm (Morning Shift)
2) 4.00pm-12.00am (Afternoon Shift)
3) 12.00am-8.00am (Midnight Shift)
